BRIDGEBIS LLC, a New York limited liability company ("BRIDGEBIS ," "we," "us," "our"), operates this website, http://www.BBSGE.com/ (the "Site"). This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") contains important information setting forth the terms and conditions that apply to the use of this Site by you. 

 

BRIDGEBIS Social Genesis Events may, in its sole discretion, deny access to the Site to anyone for any reason. While we use reasonable efforts to keep the Site accessible, you acknowledge that due to circumstances both within and outside of our control, Site access may be interrupted, suspended, or terminated from time to time. 

Appreciation Events may change or discontinue any aspect of our services or the Site, including but not limited to content, hours of availability, and requirements for access or use.

 

BRIDGEBIS Social Genesis Events circulates a unique password to each participating company. The unique password expires after a period of time, which is indicated by us when we circulate the unique password to each participating company. You may register on our Site by entering your email and the unique password given to your company. Your unique password is non-transferrable and may not be sold or otherwise shared with any person outside of your company. You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your unique password. 

We may terminate your ability to register if we determine in our sole discretion that your conduct is unacceptable or that you have violated this Agreement. If we terminate your ability to register, you may not re-register using a different email address unless we give you written permission. If you commit fraud or falsify information in connection with your use of the Site, we may terminate your ability to register immediately, hold you liable for any and all damages that we suffer, pursue legal action through relevant local and national law enforcement authorities, and notify your Internet Service Provider of any fraudulent activity we associate with you or your use of the Site. 

We are not responsible for the security of information that you communicate with Appreciation Events while it is being transmitted, because we do not control the security of the Internet or other networks you use to access the Site or communicate with us. In addition, Appreciation Events is not responsible for any data lost during transmission. 

The Site is private property. The Site provides for the purchase of savings certificates by anyone who registers on the Site after receiving a unique password. As a condition of your registration with this Site, you agree that: 

You are an individual person at least 18 years of age;

You are able to create a binding legal obligation;

You are not barred from receiving services under US law;

You will safeguard your unique password, you are responsible for your own use of your unique password, and you will not allow anyone else to access it;

The information you provide is accurate, true, current, and complete;

You will not use a unique password unless you work for a participating company and you obtain the unique password from your company; and

Your use of this Site will at all times comply with the terms of this Agreement.

You may not engage in any unlawful activity or any activity with an unlawful purpose in connection with this Site. Doing so is strictly prohibited on this Site and constitutes an express violation of this Agreement. Other activities that are strictly prohibited and constitute an express violation of this Agreement include: 

Using the Site in a manner that restricts or inhibits other users from using or enjoying the Site;

Using the Site or any of its contents to compete, directly or indirectly, with Appreciation Events;

Acting maliciously against the business interests or reputation of Appreciation Events or the merchants on the Site; or

Hyperlinking to the Site from any other website without our initial and ongoing consent.

By purchasing any savings certificate from the Site, or accepting, using, or attempting to use any savings certificate purchased through the Site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement and the terms printed on the savings certificate. Any attempt to redeem a savings certificate in violation of this Agreement will render the savings certificate void unless the terms printed on the savings certificate otherwise provide. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the terms printed on the savings certificate, the savings certificate's terms control. 

savings certificates that you purchase through our Site are offered by participating merchants. The merchant is the sole issuer of the savings certificate and is solely responsible for all services it provides to you and for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities, and costs it may cause you to suffer, directly or indirectly, in full or in part, whether related to the use or redemption of a savings certificate or not. You waive and release Appreciation Events and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liabilities arising from or related to any act or omission of a merchant in connection with your use of a savings certificate or the services the merchant provides in connection with the savings certificate. 

savings certificates are not redeemable for cash, unless required by law. Unauthorized or unlawful reproduction, re-sale, modification, or trade of savings certificates is prohibited. 

Appreciation Events may, in its sole discretion, verify a user's identity prior to processing a purchase. Appreciation Events may also refuse to process or may cancel a purchase as reasonably deemed necessary to comply with applicable law or to respond to cases of misrepresentation, fraud, or known or potential violations of the law or this Agreement. Refunds for cancelled orders may be issued where appropriate. 

If a savings certificate becomes unavailable between ordering and processing, Appreciation Events may cancel the order and notify you by email. We may otherwise have to cancel an order before your savings certificates are delivered; if this happens, we will promptly contact you at the email address you provided upon registering and refund you the amount you paid for the savings certificate. 

Appreciation Events sends savings certificates via mail within the next 1-2 business days following the date of your order. For each online order $1.99 is added to your account for shipping and handling costs. Delivery dates vary. Any changes to your shipping address must be made within 5 hours of your order being placed by using the "Contact Us" tab on the Site. 

Exchanges and Refunds 

Savings certificates have an expiration date. If you have not used the savings certificate at all and it is prior to the expiration date, you can contact moreinfo@appreciationevents.com to receive a onetime exchange with a new expiration date where available. We cannot guarantee the same discounts on the exchanged certificate.  If we no longer carry the same certificate, a credit voucher will be issued towards another option of the same value. Used or Partially Used certificates will NOT be exchanged or refunded.   We offer a 30 day money back guarantee from the date of purchase, for all unused certificates.  Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-775-1975.

The savings certificates have two separate values: (1) the amount paid, and (2) the total value. The total value is the value of all of the offers if all offers are used to their maximum extent. The savings certificate may not be combined with any other discount, coupon, or promotion, and it does not cover tax or gratuity. 

Prices may be tied to a particular merchant's current or former price; they are not necessarily representative of the current prices of other merchants in the area. Appreciation Events does not guarantee that it offers the best available rates or prices and does not guarantee against pricing errors. 

Occasionally, there may be an error or omission related to the pricing or description of discount certificates. We will use reasonable efforts to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable after learning of them. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend, or remove without notice any information related to savings certificates. If we made an error or omission regarding the pricing of a savings certificate and you have already purchased that savings certificate: (1) if the actual price of the savings certificate is less than the stated price at the time of purchase, we will charge you the lower price, or (2) if the actual price of the product is higher than the stated price, we will contact you and allow you the option to pay the correct higher price or cancel your order and receive a refund. 

Appreciation Events reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a savings certificate with a price that was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of an error. If this occurs, Appreciation Events will notify you by email. In addition, Appreciation Events reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated total value. 

While we work to ensure that the information on the Site is correct, we cannot guarantee that service descriptions are accurate or complete. All information is provided for informational purposes only and we encourage you to read all information presented accompanying the services before use. 

The content and information on the Site is the exclusive property of Appreciation Events or is used with express permission of the respective owner of the intellectual property. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site pursuant to this Agreement and to any additional terms and policies set forth by us. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, license, sell, or re-sell any data, content, information, or services obtained from or through the Site without the express permission of Appreciation Events. In addition, you may not make any use that exceeds or violates this Agreement. 

This Site contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information, including but not limited to text, photos, and graphics, and the entire content of the Site is protected by copyright laws of the United States. Appreciation Events owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. You may not modify, distribute, publish, transmit, publicly display, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the content or information, in whole or in part, obtained from or through the Site without the express permission of Appreciation Events. Any violation of these restrictions may result in a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right infringement that may subject you to civil and or criminal penalties. 

Do not send us any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, material, images, or other work in any form ("Unsolicited Materials"). If you send us Unsolicited Materials, you understand and agree that the following terms will apply, notwithstanding any cover letter or other terms that accompany them: 

Appreciation Events has no obligation to review any unsolicited materials or keep any unsolicited materials confidential; and

Appreciation Events will own and may use and redistribute unsolicited materials for any purpose, without restriction, and free of any obligation to acknowledge or compensate you.

You expressly agree that use of this Site is at your sole risk. Neither Appreciation Events, its third-party service providers, the merchants nor any of their officers, directors, employees, or agents warrant that use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error free. Nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of this Site or the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or content of any information provided through this Site. 

This Site and its content are accessible and available on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Appreciation Events disclaims any and all representations, warranties, and conditions, whether express or implied, as to the operation of the Site, its content, or the services available through the Site. Appreciation Events does not warrant that the Site, information, content, materials, products made available to you are free of viruses or other harmful components. Appreciation Events will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, and consequential damages. 

In no event shall Appreciation Events, its third-party service providers, the merchants nor any of their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, its content, or the services available through the Site. In no event shall Appreciation Events' liability in connection with a savings certificate exceed the amount paid for such savings certificate. 

Indemnification / Release 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Appreciation Events and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site in violation of this Agreement. 

You are solely responsible for your interactions with the merchants on the Site. To the extent permitted under applicable laws, you release Appreciation Events from any and all claims or liability related to any service of a merchant, any action or inaction by a merchant, including a merchant's failure to comply with applicable law and/or failure to abide by the terms of a savings certificate. 

We may modify this Agreement as necessary at our discretion. If we decide to modify this Agreement, we will post those modifications on this page. Modifications are effective as soon as they are posted. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Site after modifications become effective constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the modified terms. Modifications will not apply to savings certificates purchased prior to the effective date of modification. Modifications will apply to all savings certificates purchased after the effective date of modification. We suggest you revisit this Agreement from time to time to ensure that you stay informed of any such modifications. 

Appreciation Events may terminate this Agreement at any time. 

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any disputes that you have with Appreciation Events. You agree to first direct any dispute you may have that arises out of, relates to, or is connected in any way with this Agreement, this Site, or the purchase of any savings certificates through the Site, to the "Contact Us" tab to give Appreciation Events a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute. 

If efforts to resolve the dispute fail, you agree that any dispute arising out of, related to, or connected in any way with this Agreement, this Site, or the purchase of any savings certificates through the Site will be settled exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (the "AAA") under its then prevailing rules. You agree further that (1) a single arbitrator shall conduct the arbitration; (2) the arbitration shall be held at a location determined by the AAA (provided that such location is in the state of Illinois) or at such other location that you mutually agree upon with us; (3) the arbitrator shall apply Illinois law consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable statutes of limitations, and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law; and (4) your claims may not be arbitrated on a class or representative basis and the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other parties who may be similarly situated. You therefore expressly waive any right you may have to arbitrate a dispute as a class representative or class member on any class claim you may have against the company, including any right to class arbitration or any consolidation of any individual arbitrations. 

Any dispute arising out of, related to, or connected in any way with this Agreement and/or any use by you of the Site or Appreciation Events' services is governed by the internal laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its choice of law rules and without regard to conflicts of laws principles, except that the arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. 

No waiver by either you or BRIDGEBIS Social Genesis Events of any breach, default, or failure to exercise any right allowed under this Agreement is a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach, default, or failure to exercise any similar or future rights under this Agreement. 

The section headings are for convenience only and are of no legal force or effect. 

If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of this Agreement invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions contained in this Agreement, and the remaining portions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
